Icarus employs 10 full time design staff all with university qualifications in design in addition to administrative support staff. There is a healthy range of viewpoints in the studio with designers' ages ranging from early twenties to mid fifties.

Icarus has excellent studio morale and very low staff turnover. Some staff have been with the studio for more than 15 years. Staff stability ensures that a client's project history and the experience gained informs and benefits future projects for that client.
